Responsibilities
-As a Domain solution Architect, you will lead and support activities that transform business needs into innovative solutions, helping us realize our business outcomes.
-You will collaborate closely with business owners to provide guidance on solutions and architecture design, which will be implemented by our project teams.
-You will develop and adhere to architectural guidelines, leverage the strengths of our application portfolio, and strive to reduce complexity in our systems.
-Holistic Responsibility: Oversee the end-to-end architecture and design to ensure we implement the right solutions within a specific domain or sub-domain.
-Blueprint Development: Evaluate and translate business, information, and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for a portfolio of solutions or products.
-System Integration: Architect the integration of applications and systems into our larger ecosystem.
-Documentation: Create and document architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across various initiatives aligned with customer, portfolio, and transformation objectives.
-Implementation Support: Ensure that development and implementation activities are delivered according to the solution design.
-Consulting and decision Support: Provide consulting support and facilitate sound architecture decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.

Required experience
-Experience: 5-10 years of experience in stakeholder management, communication, and delivering projects involving people, processes, and technology.
-Solution Architecture: At least 2 years of experience in a solution architect role with responsibility for solution design and ensuring that features and functions of applications and software interact effectively in a larger system.
-Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oil and gas industry is required, with additional experience in Production & Operations and Projects (EPC) being advantageous.
-Technical Skills: Familiarity with various solution blueprints, architectural patterns and principles, data modeling, and data- and integration- platforms is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written). Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage but not required.
