Responsibilities

-Prepare EIT work packages for the cable installation in the project.
-Ensure that the building method is implemented in the EIT shop eng.
-Tie all necessary cable and material to work packages in the MIPS.
-Verify material availability.
-Divide up cable work packages so that one gets the best efficiency in the production.
-Verify the location and installation and HSSE friendly design in the 3Dmodel, PDMS.
-Verify cable routing.
-Verify data transfers from the engineering register to MIPS.
-Follow up the DCN’s so that these are implemented in the work packages for cable pulling.
-Verify engineering and vendor-documentation and give feedback to suppliers on lack of information and discrepancies.
-Design verification.
-Verify interface against all disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC, etc.), suppliers, subcontractors, production, and planning department.
-Continually strive for good HSSE performance throughout the work.
-Interface towards IT/IS related to engineering register, cable routing system, PDMS/ Navis and MIPS.

Required expertise

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree
-Electrical Engineering
-EX, FSE and First aid examinations / certificates
-Must have min 5 years experience with E3D
-Knowledge of and experience with cable register and cable tools and the DAK-tool.
-Good knowledge of MIPS.
-Must have valid FSEL course, First aid (practical) and EX course.
-Lack of education can be compensated with relevant work experience.
-Skilled in MS Office 365 (MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Planner, MS Power BI, MS Teams, MS SharePoint).
Languages: English Professional working proficiency, Norwegian must be fluent in both written and verbal.
