Responsibilities
-Lead commissioning tasks within the project.
-Plan, prepare, organize, and execute commissioning activities in the project.
-Ensure thorough assessment and planning of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects.
-Establish project philosophies and strategies for commissioning, implementing them in the early design phase to facilitate completion execution.
-Establish an appropriate organization with sufficient manpower for commissioning activities.
-Monitor progress and quality of commissioning activities.
-Establish procedures and work instructions as required for the project.
-Maintain close interaction with Completion, Engineering, Integration, Operation, and Plant Integrity teams.
-Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Required expertise
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent technical education with extensive practical experience in commissioning and completion.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience within commissioning.
-Offshore certification required, as this role is primarily onshore with sporadic offshore trips.
-Extensive knowledge of Equinors governing documentation.
-Strong leadership skills, cooperation abilities, proactive communication, and a positive attitude.
Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.

Duration: ASAP - 31.03.2028
-Minimum of 5 years of experience within commissioning.
