Responsibilities
-Package Responsible Buyer for equipment packages
-Prepare and develop procurement strategies
-Sourcing and pre-qualification of potential suppliers
-Prepare and issue enquiries and perform bid evaluations
-Negotiate contracts and purchase orders
-Ensure timely deliveries in accordance with budget and schedule
-Ensure that all activities are performed according to procedures
-Follow-up, control and report progress on contracts
-Report and manage risks
-Build up and maintain supplier relations

Required expertise
-Higher education within business and/or engineering
-High interest in learning the profession of procurement and supply chain
-Experience of onshore or offshore projects.
-Have multi-discipline understanding and commercial skills
-Basic understanding of customer needs
-Able to work independently on less complex tasks
-Proactive and flexible, with a team-player attitude
-Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
-Software Skills: ERP knowledge, MIPS, SAP & ProARC knowledge, General Microsoft skills
-Candidates must have a valid work permit in Norway
Language Skills: Fluent English, written and spoken
Location: Fornebu Oslo
Duration: ASAP - Until June 2025 with option for extension
